Axiomatic Data LLC (“Axiomatic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information in connection with the websites at axiomaticdata.com and related subdomains, including the Axiomatic Plan Intelligence application (collectively, the “Site”), and our related products and services (together with the Site, the “Services”). Axiomatic provides a business-to-business data service; the Services are directed to businesses and professionals, not to consumers acting in a personal or household capacity, and are not directed to children.
A note on our product data. The data we license through our products is derived from Form 5500 filings and other public government records concerning employee benefit plans. This Privacy Policy addresses information we collect from and about visitors to the Site and our customers and prospects — not the underlying public filing data that comprises our products.
